This is one of those positions I don't do very often... the hands behind the knees thing. I'm not sure why - it is quite a cool one when done right... Especially when you have someone that is as flexible as Karina is... You just have to make sure you attach those wrists to the knees. Left free, she could just pull them over her feet... and we wouldn't want that - would we?
I probably should have tied the shoes on - I mean any sort of serious struggling is going to result in those things just coming off. Oh well... I will have to make a note of that next time... :) This is sort of reminiscent of a position I did with Karina many years ago. She is just so good at straightening those long legs of hers and bending over... It's just fabulous!
This tied screamed evolution - so I looped a rope around her neck and through her knee ropes and then bar wrapped it up. I must say that I'm not sure if I have ever done this particular thing before like this. I really like the look of it. I'm going to have to do this again... :) Then I added the extra rope to the feet. A sort of relaxed ball tie was the outcome. Of course you can't do a ball tie when the hands in the way, but you know this worked just fine. Lots of struggling... Eventually, I put her up on her back (no, she couldn't possibly do that on her own)... just because I liked the look of it... Featuring: Karina
